Lookbook.nu Look: You Know What I Need

The first time I ever tried on heel-less shoes was at the Trendsetter's Bazaar last October, courtesy of DAS. And ever since then, I have been dreaming of owning a pair of their heel-less beauties.

Unfortunately, at Php5,500, the price is a bit too steep for me and I can never bring myself to shell out that much on a pair of shoes. (Although if you convert that into USD, it really isn't that much. And, come to think of it, if you convert baht into pesos, I have actually spent that much on shoes before. Once. On my Stella Lunas. Hmm.)

But anyway, back to the story at hand... While reading the tweets and posts of other bloggers regarding the Rajo x Parisian launch that I sadly missed out on, my eyes fell upon this almost heel-less pair: the Kylie G wedges. Suffice to say, I fell in love with them almost instantly.

So much so, in fact, that on the first day the Rajo Laurel's Parisian shoes collection launched in Mall of Asia, I got these babies:

And the best part? I got them at 20% off, thanks to the discount coupon that I got from the SM Ladies fashion show during Philippine Fashion Week! :)

They are also available in different colors and they also have open-toed versions. I am actually seriously debating whether I should get them in every color and style. Oh, if only money grew on trees!

Since it was the first time I was wearing these babies, though, I decided I wanted all of the focus of my outfit to be on them. That's why I opted for a rather boring outfit when I wore them to the The Little Things She Needs brand launch.

Which reminds me... someone was asking me what sex bands are for. Well, in a nutshell, if a guy breaks one of your sex bands, you have to sleep with him. Yeah... And to think, these things were super popular back when I was in high school. I've actually had these since I was 17 or 18. And none of them have been broken. Woot!

...But, FYI, I don't wear them to get laid (I don't need to. Haha!) I just wear them for that punk rock vibe that they give off.

So, what do you think of my new babies? :) Aren't they just to die for???

  8. I've been dying too get a pair of those wedges, too bad it's not available in SM CDO. To label Rajo as good is even an understatement.
