Help!!! Where Can I Buy Good Workout Clothes?

If you follow me on social media, you should know that I started working out again this month. I stopped taking MySlim after reaching a size 2 in my clothes and to ensure I keep fit the healthy way, I've been trying best to go to a pole dancing class at Chrome Divas once a week, go to the Kettlebellista gym once a week, and do yoga once a week.

Unfortunately, since I lost a ton of weight, I have had trouble finding workout clothes in my closet that actually still fit me.

That's me on the right!

I found some awesome new sports bras and cycling shorts at a department store recently, which are perfect for yoga and for pole dancing, but since I go to Kettlebellista with my guy friends, I don't wanna strut around there in a sports bra and cycling shorts. For this, I like getting casual tees from Crimson to complete any look. :)

However, I'm still not satisfied. After all, who can ever get enough of good workout clothes? Do you have any suggestions on where I can get some good, comfy, lightweight tees and affordable yoga pants? :)

The Search for the Perfect Kimonos

I've been wanting a kimono ever since I saw Miley Cyrus donning one during that time I had a massive Miley Cyrus phase. Not only does she look great when she's actually clothed wearing one, but  I have always found that kimonos generally look chic yet extremely comfortable at the same time.

Kimonos are the kinds of coverups that instantly dress up lazy outfits. Not to mention, they seem like the perfect thing to wear on days when I feel extra flabby-armed.

Miley Cyrus isn't my only style icon who wears them, either.

I've spotted Nicole Richie wearing them many a time.

And, my goodness, how great does Lily Collins look in one?

My problem with kimonos is that, every time I feel the urge to buy one, I can never find anything that suits my style. When I do, they are usually out of stock. Other times, when I try them on, they end up looking like bathrobes on me.

Well, my search is finally over because I have discovered a place that sells all sorts of different types of kimonos. Yippee! :D Take a look at ZALORA's collection of fringed, floral, and tasselled Kimonos:

From that photo alone, you can see that Zalora has all sorts of different kimonos available, from printed ones to tasselled ones. I've already got my eye on a few of them and can't wait to finally get my shop on and get the kimonos that I've wanted for so long now. Do you love kimonos, too? :)

6 Famous People Who (Probably Unintentionally) Made Sunglasses Their 'Thing'

Isn't it amazing how you can spot a pair of sunglasses online or in a store and exclaim, "OMG. This is so < insert famous person here >."

While some of my friends say the foot-pop with my matching side-tongue-out face is my 'thing', I sometimes wish I had a real 'thing' I could call my own. You know?

For now, though, here are some famous people who made sunglasses their 'thing':

6. Kenickie in Grease

I don't even know what these glasses are called, but I have a pair. And only coz they remind me of good ol' Kenicks. After all, he looked sooooo much better wearing them than he did not wearing them.

5. The Blues Brothers

Yes, I know there are two of them, but I'm counting them as a single entity. It's my blog and I can count as badly as I want. :p

Anyway, have you ever stopped to think who made Wayfarers a thing? I didn't until today, tbh, and I'm not even sure if I'm right (it could be Tom Cruise in Risky Business or Michael Jackson), but I definitely think about the Blues Brothers whenever Syrena and I rock ours together.

4. Neo in the Matrix

This pair will forever be known as the 'Matrix sunglasses'.

3. Audrey Hepburn

Audrey Hepburn was the epitome of class and style in any type of sunglasses, but it is her I automatically think of whenever I see cat eye sunglasses. Audrey (naks, close kami!) made people realize that sunglasses could be the cherry on top of an outfit sundae and that, yes, women sometimes look cooler and definitely more effortlessly chic wearing them than men do.

2. Tom Cruise in Top Gun
Original Ray Ban Aviators available online through this link: http://www.zalora.com.ph/product-index/ray-ban-aviator/

I dare you not to think of Tom Cruise when you see aviator sunglasses. Or okay. Zac Efron. You can think of Zac Efron, too. He wears them all the time and he looks darned good in them.

1. John Lennon

Of course. As with the 'Matrix sunglasses', these will forever be known as the 'John Lennon sunglasses'. Coz honestly, does anyone know what they're called? Yeah, they're round and shit, but does it have a name… other than 'John Lennon sunglasses', that is?

Oh, how to be as effortlessly cool as these guys.

I had quite a bit of fun doing this. Hehe. I might come up with a superhero edition of this next. Any ideas on who will make the cut? Stay tuned!
