Join Me at the Yoga in the Wild Book Launch!

If you have read my weight loss success story, then you should know that I have a lot to thank yoga for. In fact, without yoga, I would probably still weigh close to 70kg and hate myself for it.

Besides helping me out physically, though, yoga also helps my mental and emotional well-being by keeping me calm and sane every single day.

If you love yoga, as well, or would like to learn more about it, then come to Fully Booked's branch in Bonifacio High Street, The Fort Global City on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 5pm for the re-launch of Lucia Misa's book, "Yoga in the Wild"! :)

Especially recommended for people like me who live and breathe yoga, "Yoga in the Wild" entices its readers with fascinating stories of the author's adventures all over the world and her passion for yoga as a healing process.

Plus, the proceeds of the book will be going to Roots of Health, an organization that hopes to improve the reproductive health and overall well-being of women, and to decrease malnutrition in young children in Palawan.

Be inspired for yourself and the less privileged and join me at the book launch, which is open to everyone. There will even be a free yoga mini lesson at the event. Woot! :)
