The Power of Cetaphil (GIVEAWAY ALERT!!!)

As you all know, I have a beautiful pearly white 2-year-old daughter named Syrena who - if it weren't for her constant rashes, eye infections, and prone-ness to mosquito bites - could have been a very successful baby model... or so it is my duty, as her mother, to believe. :p

Because of this, her daily regimen now includes using Cetaphil's Gentle Skin Cleanser everyday, which isn't just gentle enough for her sensitive skin, but also helps it retain much-needed moisture on a daily basis. It is also soap-free, fragrance-free, pH-balanced, non-irritating and non-drying!

The best part about this skin cleanser is that a lot of people actually use it as their facial cleanser - and it actually won the title of "Best Facial Cleanser" in the August issue of Cosmopolitan Magazine, which is - in case you didn't know yet - my second bible. I live by the motto: if it's in Cosmo, it's gotta be true! :p

Naturally, being the nosy mom that I am, I couldn't help but get curious about the brand myself, especially since Syrena has had such incredibly smooth skin ever since we made the transition to Cetaphil when she was four months old (she's 2 years, 8 months and 7 days old now - yes, I'm that kind of mom!). So, I couldn't wait to try out the following items myself:

Cetaphil's Daily Facial Moisturizer is great because it hydrates the skin like no other. It is actually known to have the moisturizing potential of up to 8 hours. Aside from that, it is lightweight, non-greasy and fragrance-free, too. However, the best part is that it provides SPF-15 at the same time!

Cetaphil's Ultra Hydrating Lotion, on the other hand, is great for dry to very dry skin and can be used to protect dry skin for up to 24 hours. Like the moisturizer, it is non-greasy and fragrance-free. So far, the only problem I've had with Cetaphil products is that you'll end up loving them so much, you won't want to stop using them.
